Why should I learn to play music? Why group lessons?

The benefits of playing an instrument are plentiful and very well documented. Learning to play an instrument for pleasure in a relaxed atmosphere is first and foremost a source of joy and well-being as well as an opportunity to challenge ourselves. The sound of 2, 3 or 4 guitars played simultaneously exudes a unique richness, much like a choir or an orchestra. In addition, learning with other adults strengthens our motivation since challenges and victories alike are shared. In addition, this communal experience allows us to create relationships with others who share the love and passion of our hobby.
